I come home and put the key in my lock and the key just turned and turned. I was freaking out. I was standing in my hallway at 11:30 at night. I Google 24 hour locksmith and these wonderful people come up. The tech that came to help was very friendly. He talked me through the process. I had a high security lock on my door and it took him a good half hour at the lest to get in. That lock would NOT cooperate (which was good for the money I paid for it) with him. But he finally got in. I got me a replacement lock and all was well. The thing so cool about this service is they called the next day to follow up! Who does that? That is extra kudos from me big time. I would definitely use them again.
