Amerikey was amazing!! My son and a friend were stranded. They had gone camping and had only taken enough food and water for one day. Unfortunately somehow during the night my son's keys fell off of his clip and into the fire and he didn't know it until they put the fire out. So that meant the chip on the key was burnt do he was unable start the car so he could drive the 2 hours home. My son had horrible cellular service so I called many, many places to try to get them to come help my son and nobody would. I finally called Amerikey and they don't service that area either. It was getting late in the evening the sun starting to go down the kids had no food no water or anything and we're basically stranded. But out of the goodness of the managers heart, God bless his soul he took it on himself to drive out there and save my son and his friend. I would recommend them to anybody. I want to say thank you over and over to them for taking care of my son and his friend. It was greatly, greatly appreciated. We were so happy with the service it was fast and made him the key with the chip and then made him extra one not with a chip so if he were to ever lock his keys in the car he would have a key to get into the car to get the keys he had locked in his car. And I feel that is way above and beyond anything he had to do. You just don't see this kind of service at all anymore in any service industry so I just wanted to make sure that people know that there are still business is out there that have awesome customer service and Amerikey is at the top of that list. Thanks again so much for taking care of all of us so well. I will definitely recommend your company to everyone. You are top notch!! Amerikey gets an easy 5 stars from me :)

I called at close to 11 PM on a Saturday night and they had a technician call me within five minutes. 25 minutes later he was there (that was how long he said he would be). He quoted me $90. He had the door open within five minutes (medium security knob lock - no deadbolt). Service call fee of $15 plus tax made it $112. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because that seemed a little bit expensive - but I guess not too bad considering late on a weekend. Technician was polite and quick.
